ok problem solved, I have uninstalled for the third time autocad 2016 , I installed autocad 2013 , I have uninstalled it again and then reinstall 2016 . I know , procedure crazy but as by magic the problem has been solved , I do not know yet what changes have been there but sincerely little I care , the important thing is to have solved . I thank you for the availability .
