Grow a design before printing it

Hi, I ask you, I did some isolation lines because sometimes the wave effect disappears from the video and is not even printed on the wavy? I tried to copy the design and put it in another is the undulation revolves. Is there a button to regenerate the design before printing it that recomparises the ripple?
