In a couple of weeks I will start using inventor in a company, after 4 years of autocad mechanical.
Let's say that for me will be the first drawings through this software, would you recommend me some tutorials/guides to read?
in the house I found a guide of pruners of 2011, I will use them the version 2018, better than I buy a new guide or this to start will be okay?

that guide can go well to start, especially to understand the logic of operation of the program. in 2018 you will have more features, changes in the aesthetics of the program, but important things work the same way.

thanks to both, for now I bought the version "autodesk inventor professional 2019. guide for mechanical design and design "wanting to upgrade to what I have at home in 2011.

I also have the 2019 guide and is more than enough to start. you do not need to study it all, the important thing is to understand the fundamental things well, then consult it as a new necessity arises.
Some things you'll never use, others you'll learn only with experience and you won't find them on any guide.
