half section with partial section

Hi.
as you see I have a section, indeed half section a-a of a view.
I would like to add in the same view and on the same floor a partial section where I sign them; but despite in the asm I created two sections with different names by leaning on the same floor then on the table does not allow me to create the partial one. Where am I wrong?

If in the asm you have dissected with the correct plans you don't have to have problems in the table. from the photo with that orientation of the piece/assieme takes only section a, so the problem is in section b. the procedure you described is the correct one anyway.

on a view with half section you can not add any other section.
you have to create half section with #offset_section
in the table add the offset_section as half section and in addition the partial one.
