Hello everyone, I have a problem today I received a piece of plastic which has bugs made by the hammered method and others by a tipper (I can do them). now I have to do it equal to then get the mold but I have no idea how I can make these bugs cmq I place the photos of the details because I have no permission to show the piece in its completeness. use solid edge st 100, perhaps with another program you manage to realize, I rhino 4 and solid works 2010.

you have to make protuberances (or excavations) with the shape similar to that of the object and finally make a sampling.
question if the hammers are different from each other you have to do them all one by one. If you just have to create a similar then do as above.
If you have to recreate the same spit, I think you should feel someone who has a 3d scanner to import mathematics as it is really at least definitely takes us less time and less money. from seeing is pretty messed up

as I thought, I know cmq that it is impossible then, also because this piece was handmade. cmq good idea that of the 3d scanner I will try to inform me. The good thing is, the guy tells me well, it's not so hard to take the measurements with the caliber and then you do it, I wanted to send it to that country!

I would turn to the construction of a "bugna", more boolean surface and then sample.

Hi.

I used to make a 'bòtta': x the profile I used an ellipse, the command is complete with depth, angles of stripes and fittings.

in your case you have: you look for (tip to cone) , ellipses (chip with hammer tip), triangulated (spigolo with hammer back).

so I would say that it is possible, but it depends on what you have to do, whether to establish the piece as it is or to make pieces similar to drawing.

Of course you always have the weirdest pieces:-p

1)I cannot use funnel because my piece cannot be made with sheet only part and this option is not available.
2) I don't do it on purpose!
