head with syllable with multiline text

How come autocad automatically in a multiline text if I narrow the text cell sends me to head the words but does not divide and put the hyphen to head?

No. autocad does not know the syllable

just put the text as justified and acad will fill the spaces until rectifying the right and left margin.
in word do you use syllable? I hate her.
