heavy opening dxg

I don't often work with dwg and so I don't have much familiarity with opening the same in themselves
I have a 15mb dwg with several blocks inside it and the system is very slow in manipulating it.
My pc is not wagoned at all and already this could be a cause.
I have if st10, intel i7-6700 from 304ghz, 8 gb of ram and picture video card k420.

are there any special features to set in the seacad.ini file to lighten everything?

to open a 7mb dwg I'm putting 30 minutes now.

is a problem attaching the file?
I also use st10 and I have an old hardware too (4770 in xeon version, picture k4000 and 32 gb of ram ddr3) I could see if with my I have problems
