I ask you a question about the realization of a model for me. I have the need to create a helical cut on a full piece, the cut has to be a sort of propeller that rotates 90° compared to the plane, someone would know how to give me a tip? Thank you!

working with surfaces is not as intuitive as with extrusions, there are many things to know a priori (and this applies to all cads.
In your case, I give you a start track:
-make schetch for the initial and final sections at the distance you want
-makes of schetch with the trend of each edge/tangence that unites the corners (or tangency points) of the intial sections
- control "blend" to create each surface (a surface always has 2 directions, "grossomodo" as to create a quadrilateral, even if a quadrilateral is not!) selecting in order:
--in the first selection board, the schetch line of the first section, with the corresponding of the second section
--in the second selection board, the 2 edges/tengencies that delimit the lines you selected in the first tab
--if you have selected correctly, you should preview the surface
-Make all surfaces, command "unisci" (it can be that for complex superstructures, the single command "unisci" can not join them all, in case you use the command "unisci" several times as long as you have a single "unisci unit")
-when everything is closed with the "unisci" command, "solidify" command and you have the solid.
