help - beams not present on inventor

Hello, I am at the first weapons with inventor 2011, I was asked to totally design a flag crane. I decided to use standard beams uni 7811, I go on inventor and in the library I do not find the above beams, I found on the internet of .ipt files of the beams...I think you can add on the library.. but I can not understand how to do, how do you do it? I would like to create a .iam with all the project
