help constraints for groups

hello to everyone, I kindly ask for help with the constraint sets command (group of constraints)! basically the problem is that the system asks for the selection of ucs to bind them! I tried in a set with three free elements, I selected the bond command of assembly and I chose the type of bond group of constraints, but I can't select the ucs! I wonder: it refers to the axle of the degree of freedom! If it does not refer to the axle that makes the degrees of freedom visible, how do I insert the ucs? thank you all!

in each single part you must have assigned a ucs to a certain point with the right orientation (find the button in the working geometries tab), then together use the binding/group command or assemble to select the two ucs of the respective components. these will be positioned with the two matching ucs.

and how do I assign a ucs to a part? do I need to insert it into the .ipt file or directly into the .iam file? How? Thank you very much diegus!

as I have said, you have to add in each part the ucts (find the key in the working geometries tab).

as a situation like thinking a little like imates, you know that a piece will always be mounted in that way and you put the reference ucs. you have a loudspeaker that always mounts on the same type of run, saves and maybe publishes the speaker with his ucs then you do a ifeature with the dig and his ucs. As soon as you need that particular speaker, do the support with drilling through ifeature and then assemble with just one click and not going to put constraint pin/hole, axial or so.

Thanks diegus, I solved the problem! the command was quite clear, I couldn't insert the ucs, I didn't realize that you had to select two edges as direction of the x,y,z axes. Thank you very much!
