I need your help. .

then..I try to explain the problem (it will be for you )!
I have as you can see from the attachments a tree that rotates with couple of a certain value around the z axis or its axis to understand us. .
this tree rotates a plate that is then thrown on the tree. .
I tried to put in environment analysis the constraints such as hinges around z both for the tree and for the plate but with little results
I would be grateful to you for your help. .
How do I set constraints?
logically, I would like to see the mechanical axieme from the fem analysis, that is the fact that the plate turns thanks to the couple given by the tree to which it is connected. . .
from here another question. .
how to see the natural cleansing of the system i.e. the true value of the famous omega.... (the frequency value is also good). .
I could go in frequency analysis but I have seen that since always high frequency values (based on 10 or n set methods)... what are those frequency values that give me?
