help: display range

Bye to all,
I tried to read anything between guides, videotutorial and your nice forum but I still can't solve my problem in understanding the viewing range. to practice I made a trivial example with 3 high walls up to plan +1 and a 1m high wall north (I am on the ground floor).
I can't in any way make sure that the muretto is exposed on the ground floor. I'll put my pictures.

from the online help, it would seem that the walls below 1,80 m are not represented in "cut".
in reality, if the upper range intersects the wall, the same is raped in "cut" (?? ? ? )
