why a dynamic block from me created and saved in dwg, once loaded with insert block into another dwg loses its dynamic properties, while remaining a block?
because the dwg becomes a block.
so if you have created a block inside the dwg you have actually entered a block (dynamic in this case) into a block. Explode the first level block and you're fine
