Hello everyone,
I find myself having to propose a question that has been asked several times in this forum, and whose topics I have read with interest. I would now like to propose it again to have an opinion from you, in case things have changed in recent times.
for a number of reasons I am evaluating the purchase of carpentry software and are more than ever undecided among what the market offers. I immediately say that my budget does not allow me to access products like tekla, as I must necessarily stay under 10k euro, and already this limit I could reach it tirelessly. In particular I need to model metal carpentry structures of medium complexity even with non-standard knots, and the most important thing is the precision marking and recognition of assembly (no lost objects on the street!) and a table setting that is well set in order to be able to adapt it to the required styles and minimize the need to put hand to the drawings.
for now I have evaluated the structural detailing of autodesk and I am now evaluating the graitec advance steel.
thanks in advance to all
