help for hiper mill

Good morning, I'm about to start using hypermill and hyper cad, before doing the course I wanted to do some practice.. .
I come from top solid... .
Does anyone have any tutorials or any manuals?
do online courses exist?
I am of parma, someone in the area uses it?
