help! how do i draw my hand in relief on a sphere?? ? ?

hi I would like to make with 3d printing on a half sphere of 142mm my hand so that by grasping the half sphere my hand is stuck on the sphere...? ?

I'm getting crazy, I even thought I'd take a picture and put it on the half ball and then go back to it... but how would I do that? ? ?

Can you help me?
