Hello everyone!! !
I would like to ask for advice about a problem of determination of couple motion of a mechanism. suppose to have for example a quadrilateral articulated any modeled in solidworks, a crank-balancer for example. known the movement of the balance, in terms of speed and movement, in short, the law of motion, I would like to calculate the couple motion present on the handle, necessary to guarantee that movement. from what I saw solidworks motion seems to solve problems of direct dynamics, more than reverse as in my case, but I'm probably wrong to use it. because from what I have experienced, solidworks allows to establish the movement, for example of the balance, applying a 'motor' set with the desired motion law, only that then the function of torque measurement is valid only for the engine elements and therefore I can only select the torque measure of the balance, which I do not care, and not that of crank.
I don't know if I've explained clearly, I hope someone can give me some clarification. in any case thanks in advance to all:finger:
I attach below a word file that perhaps best explicit the probe:biggrin:
