2 print mold
mold size 246*346 aluminium ergal type
standardflow model exaflow nail injection - gte
Carded finish with 220 paper.
extraction with 3 mask extractors.

the customer puts all the material plates injections extractors, etc... I carry out design, milling, assembly, etc.

make the price...

a quote depends on so many things, in your case you must keep in mind these main things:
1. hour design
2.hr cam (driving, drilling,eventual electrodes, other issues that can have a piece)
3. hours banker
then you have to see:
What does the plan cost?
What is the cost of your machines? (machina to 3assi has certain costs/tempi, 5assi neither has others!)
What's the cost of your banker?

a well organized company also manages to halve costs compared to others so I tell you that it is not easy to give an exact judgment from outside, you have to see you.
I can tell you that in the company where I work to make quite correct estimates you take into account at least the above.

that make 1.600- "confetti"
