help relationships blocked inventor

Hello I've just been hired in a design studio, this morning I found myself an unwelcome surprise:

I don't work with the inventor's reports, even in the same simple fact of mouth and pin, I don't have any relationship:
when I impose it gives me the typical "toc" of the assembly happened, no errors appear but the pieces remain unmounted.

I also restarted software and pc but I don't want anything, is there any setting that makes this thing do?

It might be that you've popped the "estimated offset" if it is so unchecked.
