Good day to all, I have a problem, and I wanted to know if it was solved.
then, I created a model of assembly, consisting of various details.
where I often change the size, I relate through equations
some links between various components. now my question is as follows: I did.
the pac & go of the model bringing behind both the components and the table.
But... in the new model no longer recognizes me the equations. It's not that
something I didn't do when I created pac & go?

I'm not sure, but it depends on how you did p&g. If you flattened everything in one directory it may be possible that it doesn't work. or you're opening the p&g file but you still have access to the original files and swx is messing up.

Thank you very much, I didn't do much evidence, for the moment I arranged by copying the entire content in a new folder, but after that it touches me rename everything. I'll do more tests.

to me it works, depends on:
1) as you did p&g
2) Solidworks version
3) solidworks service pack

hi I tried with sw2009 sp4, and with a trial version of 2011 sp0. Now I'm trying to find where I'm wrong, since you say you can do it. to forget, the basic prototype (assieme) is called for example xxx-mde01a, and the components xxx-mde01a-01, 02, 03 ..... etc. etc. etc. and I instead of the three xs I have to replace with commission number. I hope it was clear

If you make a pack&go with digit input before file names, I would say that it is inevitable that the equations you entered have broken links.

if originally the equations refer to pippo and you make the pack&go call pippo in 123-pippo, I do not think that swx has the crystal ball to understand in that phase that must turn into all equations from pop to 123-pippo.

I think you're wrong with approach and method.

I'm sorry, but does the p&g not transfer everything?
Just for the anagraph?

I don't want to be misunderstood. It's a question, not sarcasm...

using solidworks tools the problem does not arise.
I tried and it works.

So where is our Tino friend wrong?
I did a set where pippo pilot pluto tremble equation.
I made a p&g where I turn together1, pip and pluto into tino-assieme1, tino-pippo and tino-pluto and when I open tino-assieme1 I did not find any messages or errors.
If I go to edit equations, they point to the correct components.
then I did it by hand renamed in the p&g mask and still ok.
I want to know.
if you have time to try and you will notice that everything works.

tested me too and works properly. swx 2011 sp 2.0 x64. both axioms live with their own light and equations refer each to their pieces.

the post p&g file has 111- front.

Sorry I'm late, and thank you so much for the answers, I couldn't try again, I was on vacation, and the program at home and expired, but as soon as I can try again, I can see that I was wrong. Thank you so much again, just tried and solved I will let you know.
