holes, circular series, derived part

This is the problem that I cannot solve:
- design a flange (extruded circle)
- I create a sketch, design a point and I carry out a circular series
- I use the hole command that runs a hole for each point.
- I create a new side file and inside it comes the flange
[Bleep] now I don't know how to create holes so that if I change the diameter or series in part 1 you update part 2.

in the second part comes only the points, use them to project geometry and do the sketch you will use to make holes.
If you change the first part you update everything accordingly.
