If you need that once the holes are perfectly circular you need to make a surface extrusion that intersects the sheet, run the horizontal and vertical series you prefer with the command merges the selections all in order to get a unique surface to select, then use the split command and the cutting thickening command.
In this way you get holes that are perfectly round and in the dxf (flat model) you do not have double lines.
attention to the thickening side, the thickness of the sheet affects the final hole.
