Since you asked me to tell you something about this problem.
for how it is put now revit I do not think it can be solved since the backgrounds

I have also found that if I save in png and I go to put a background the rpc plants create a somewhat ugly contour (I am a fine person and I do not say bad words)

Maybe even because one does so much and then these things come out... and one and forced to lose time fixing everything with other graphic programs and not possible seems to me to work like this and be careful about these things....I think you have a lot of problems like this? ? thanks for the answer

You seem like something stuck on it and ruin all the work... .
are basic things these nowadays you cannot make these past copies or create forests as backgrounds to cover the horizon. . .

if not mistaken revit uses mental ray?
I do not use revit but 3ds max with mental ray and I think the options to make are the same. if you use a daylight sistem as a lighting system, in the properties there is the orizon height parameter that allows you to lower or raise the horizon line. I hope I helped you.
