recreating the piece again and setting a bending radius of 2 mm instead of 4 mm the development turns 258.85 mm

I have rechecked the first 3d model you post and there are differences with the 2d :
the extreme sides are 43 mm instead of 39 and the other 2 are 44 mm instead of 40 now with an internal radius of 4 mm the development is 257.3 mm

it gives you that error because my procedure is valid x a detail like that posted by you at the beginning created with part desig and not one already created in sheet metal
