how to change position text ordered quotas?

as you can see from the image
in sketch environment I have a series of quotas on the horizontal order in which the text is placed on the quota line. I tried to move the reference share to the other extreme of the sketch and move the connection point as well as to turn off with the options to place it on the outside at least above the quota line but without result because I fear they concern the table setting (although changing other parameters on the type of arrows etc is also modified the sketch).
place also a screenshot of the quota settings.if I create a new part the odds are correctly placed outside the quota lines.

Any ideas?

Because in a new file, you don't do it on a different template or did you edit it from another file?
those of the screen should only concern the settings of the part
Unfortunately I can't reproduce that situation, can you attach the file with the sketch?

no the template I use is always the usual, the file is not recent but however it is made with the version of swx that I am using now and does not derive from other modified files.
I attach the file (I have to ask it as a niubbo! :redface and I deleted all the abaradam ddi feature that constituted the part so as to leave only the sketch, which however isolated from the rest presents the same problem.View attachment Prova_quote ordinate.rarHello and thank you

However just opened the sketch showed me as from image. I would do this, if you haven't already done it, just to remove some stone from the shoe; achtung, I'm not in test order, but how they come to mind:
-Save model settings where the order works and import it into the kissed one
-close all the barrel, even the pc, so that it resets all the memory and reopens (you've never seen that it is a moment of senile dementia of the software)
-(if you have it at your disposal) open the file on another pc
-expand the image quality of the document properties to the maximum

I don't know what else to tell you right now.

I don't have another pc on which to try and the maneuvers with the change of resolutions are not served. I exported from the file that worked the quotation settings in the sldstd file and reimported them in the "corrupt" file without result.
I can also live with the odds cut by the quotation line but the bales are spinning that you can't understand what it depends on.
when you have time you could save me your quotation settings and upload here the sldstd file so I do a further test?

Thanks massive. I could make a commission on the fly but without result. by the way I don't understand why when amounting as external file the design standard your then always shows me the name iso-modified in the list of available files and not iso-2016 as is the name of your file. But it's operations that I never had to do so maybe I'm wrong.
I might be looking at each other tonight, but it's becoming a matter of principle more than a real necessity. life is too short to waste it by fighting against the fruit of the work of the worst kind of "professionals" that exist on the planet: Software programmers If the rest of humanity worked with their reliability criteria we would have been extinct for thirty years. .
