Save from a bit that I produce assembly/use/maintenance instructions, only with solidworks without composing, mixing viates and texts directly in a5 format which would be the company standard format, but at the mix of creation of pdf and printing the lines of the images are very marked. all created pages have the minimum line thickness, yet they are very thick to the press. many images that have complex designs with many lines are very dark and unclear. Can you help me?
Thank you very much

instead of printing in pdf (to help you do need to know type of virtual printer and options) do save as pdf.

What do you mean by virtual printer type?
that if you print directly in pdf from solidworks you must use a virtual printer (pdfcreator for example)
first of all save as pdf from solidworks
strange because in this way it is created ab pdf as you see to video.
poi stampo il pdf
there are many steps and the information we have is few, so it is difficult to understand where the problem is.

write that all lines are at a minimum thickness, but how is the video design?
after saving in pdf how is the design?
Are the drawings already created in a5 format or undergo a subsequent resize?
Are you sure it's not a matter of print settings?

attach, if possible, a test design and saving pdf and the image of the final print
add to the profile the version of solidworks

solidworks version 2021 sp 3
ok I try to post photos
- the first photo (*eca0a) is as you can see video impaginato already in a5 format .sldwdrwt
- the second photo (*260067) is as you see after saving in pdf file, i open the file after saving it in pdf and I see this
- the third photo is as it comes after printing it on a4 sheets in fascicola booklet 2 sheets per page, from the printer settings, then it is informed a5 as it was impagined in solidw

thanks anyway for the attention
I hope I have given you more useful information

the image of the slddrw file and the final one is practically identical, is it?
the image of the rescue in pdf instead seems to have the lines slightly thinner.
in any of the pictures, there seems to be something unreadable.

I have settled the views that gave me problems to read everything, but the final result wanted should be this (of the second photo), to uniform all business iatrutions, now place 2 photos directly made on printed books
- the first is a booklet made with the method I explained above
- the second is made with all other method, indesign and adobe illustrator using images imported from dwg files, method that in the company we can not use right now

the file saved in pdf of the post #5 seems to me (difficult to say it with certainty comparing image of different situations) that gives the result from you wanted; in this case it would be to make proof of setting printer. if it wasn't, looking at the image of solid design, where you set everything to the minimum thickness, maybe the limit is solidworks.
