I removed a printer from control panel\hardware and sounds\devices and printers that I had left ...

and now I only had 2 "default windows system printer" that I deleted
"default windows system printer.pc3" from folders
c:\users\reggio\appdata\roaming\autodesk\autocad 2010\r18.0\ita\plotters
c:\users\reggio\appdata\roaming\autodesk\autocad 2010\r18.0\ita\plotters\file pc3 autocad 2011
