how to free a license

Good morning to all,
I have a 2009 autocad license on a pc that I no longer use, I would like to disable the license on that computer to be able to use it on another. I know that there is the usefulness of transferring licences, but that transfer must be made within twenty-four hours, I would like to release the license to be able to reuse it in the future if it were to serve me. Is that possible? And you know how to tell me?

Does this mean I can install autocad on a new pc without having to turn it off from the old one?

I was just asking myself this question because I said so it seems that with one license I can install on how many computers I want. . .
