how to inherit part information in part

Good morning to all,

Sorry to bother you, but I'm at first with the use of solidwork, I have a problem, I'm realizing the modeling "2.sldprt" which contains within it an inheritance of another model "1.sldprt" imported through the input-> part command.
now I would need to bring back some info of the 1.sldprt part in the 2.sldprt table as for example the design number of the imported part and its weight. Now I'm doing it by writing a note by hand but this could give rise to errors.
Is it possible somehow to capture this information automatically? Could you please indicate the steps to follow?

in 2014 it does so only with multibody parts and with separate cut, since 2015 they also included custom properties.

I thank you for the info, I have sw 2017 and in fact, after selecting in the menu insert-part the file propitiage, I find myself in the list of the new model the propitiages of the file inserted.
now these infos should make you appear on the table of the new file; I have waxed to insert them with the connection to the propitiage but do not appear as I have not been able to transfer them to the model *.slddrw.
I should transfer the popiage "filename" (see imm1.png), which contains the design number of the part inserted in the new model, in the propiage of the table and consequently on the design.
I tried to create a new popiage in the *slddrw file by calling it "name file gr" but the syntax of the command I entered will not give me the desired result (see imm2.png), where am I wrong? Can you please direct me to the right path?

because thinking of finding in the properties of the file, at least from what you understand from the images, the properties of the inserted pèarte is an absurdity... if it were in the case of several parts inserted as it would be possible to handle them?
Perhaps before embarking on relatively complex uses of the software it is worth investing some time to do the tutorials and understand how certain things behave.

but what property do you want to insert in the cart? those of the part or the part inserted in the part?
