how to magically make ribbons appear again?

Hello, everyone.
I presented myself a few weeks ago, but since maybe my entry into the forum has passed a little insecure refreshment for those who will kindly want to move from this post. I am learning to use creo in version1.0, I come from a relatively regular use of rhinoceros.
Now, after this introduction, following an exercise of creo I have understood between exercise and exercise, I have no idea how, to "spegnere" the ribbons. I can always open them but all the time I have to go to call them back from the list of menus. How do I turn them on? I hope someone has the patience to answer me.. I'm a little nervous about this. I can't understand what he did to erase them, definitely the exercise wasn't based on how to turn off the ribbons!

Unfortunately I am not practical of rhinoceros. What do you mean by ribbon? Limit blend?
the only thing that comes to mind about creating is the management of levels (view->livelli selections what you are interested in, right-click/show).
