how it is structurally composed the railing is not important, but instead it is as it is modeled.
to do what you ask you have to work on the membership. this means that a certain railing can only be used on the specific one together because there will be references between the files.
understand how a parametric cad works is basic to know what modeling strategy to use and if you can get the desired results.
If you want to use a railing file on different assemblies you need to approach reasoning in another way and do some tests to check if it works.
If you are using cads by going to arm and spraying some videos occasionally I assure you that it is not the right method to learn. do internal tutorials to understand modeling logic and learn how to use commands correctly.
please pay attention to the terms you use to not create confusion in those who read you because using the term mirror, which I have never heard in any area of carpentry, implies a correlation with a specific function of solidworks
