how to make zigrinature with inventor 2015

I am kratos93, I have recently written to this forum, but I would like to ask if any of you who knows how to use inventor, can explain to me how to make the zigrination.
I finished a professional inventor course about a month ago, but my teacher didn't explain to me how to do the zigrination, so since I don't know how to do it, I'm waiting for someone to help me.

finally this system can be used for any piece?
