how to manage changes

good morning, I find myself having to manage several transfer molds, designed in 2d with autocad, the molds are formed by 6 matrice blocks and six punch blocks, each one of them is composed of matrix , reaction spacer, container , spilli etc.
for the references we produce, many of these molds are obtained by sharing blocks, i.e. I can use a certain punch or matrix block to make more than one reference.
the problem arises when a change on a component is made and I must track where it is used and change every single mold that has the block with that component.
Any ideas on how to manage drawings and changes?

Since it does not seem to me a specific problem of mechanical, but of xref and autocad in general to open the discussion in the mechanical area limits much interventions. I can't help you
