how to open .cam and .top files?

hi to all the forum readers,
I need to open some files with . cam and .top extension provided by a customer along with other .spt e.iges files that I can open quietly.
which software should I use to open these files?

Hi.
Mah... .cam extension is quite generic, a bit like .nc extension of machine blocks generated by many cams. may be part program files of any cam format.
instead the .tops could have to deal with the solid cad top of the missler.

but I'm going to spannometry... Maybe you do first to ask the customer with which software has generated them. :wink:

.cam is the extension of files created by the cam "sum 3d"

the .cam extension is also the one of the topsolidcam files. Since there is also the .top, which as meccbell rightly said is that of topsolid 3d models, I would say that the files come from there.

actually .cam files and .top point belong to topsolid.
I downloaded topsolidviewer and managed to view the content.
