how to place cameras with autocad 2006

I use autocad 2006 and 2008 but for a job (due to the compatibility of the client software I am forced to use autocad 2006) I have to place cameras to create images of the outside of a house. However when clikkko on the camera key does not appear to me the camera as in autocad 2008 but asks me the location and the target but then does not appear to me the photographic maccchina. I looked for guides on the internet but I didn't find anything. Can you explain how to place and manage these blessed cameras?
