After that I "projected the curve" that I modeled in a sketch on the flat surface, and through the command "transfer" I transposed the curve on the cylindrical surface.
After that I dig through the comamando "scalanatura" (sezone running along a guide curve), and that's why I reduced your sketch to a unique curve.
I would point out that the two commands are not present on the basic licenses of the catia, so this case would have to pull the curve through a series of lines supported on support that would have been the cylindrical surface.

by using the guide\"information on..." you find the type of license you use.
tools\options\general table "license" you will find the elech of available licenses and those of floating type.
if you have a hd2 or md2 license you will not have the develop form, unless you have a specific license.
If a floating license is purchased, you should find it in the list, and you can activate it from the same panel.
this will be loaded unless another user has already picked it up.
If your license should include it in "generatve shape design" so you have to navigate between the various menu bars through the tool command\personality table toolbars.
if your menus are in Italian also seeks the word "develop" and "transfer".

I then went to the "generative shape design" module but I couldn't find the developed command, while development and transfer there are.
