the order curves and the waterlines have flex points that I consider unacceptable for a hull that should be well done.
In my opinion, if it's an existing boat, the data that you've been through doesn't reflect reality.

I'll only avoid the most exclaimed.
It is clearly seen that the curves of the water lines do not have a "regular" pattern but have some flexes that should not be there.
the solution exists and is to change the wl until it has a regular surface, well smooth to understand, and then, "cut" the same transversally to get the ordered reals. but so, we will have a slightly different hull than that of the project.
We wait as maxopus says the 3d and then we see.
