How would you print sheet s275jr thickness 2.5
it is not important neither the external trim nor the volume. the customer wants traditional single molds, no funnel etc...
I thought three molds.
first mold: complete forming of the double wave section on all length of theoretical development.
second mold: bending to "l" upward (or down)
third mould: drilling rod
swellings are allowed, so quality is not fundamental.

What do you think?

I would take it to 700 degrees from billet and a nice single shot.
If you want to print traditional could be like you said but maybe the hole would do it as second and then fold.

Hey, Uncletoy, what size are we talking about?
What do you have? How many big is that sunflower?
greetings, reborn

It is good that the piece does not matter much, but if I made the asola before, after the fold it would become a pentagon :-)

hi I fully agree with the method plan keeping in mind that in the second fold you have to copy the silhouette on the stinged blades and matrici.ok awarded
