Are you talking about hypercad-s or hypercad the old version? I on hypercad-s found only options/propieta in the file menu and did not find the keyboard commands options.

yes hypercad-s do not have the program under the eye now maybe it is under the menu changes at the end where you can also recall settings from previous version
