I know I'm about to ask a stupid question, but forgive me.

I have just installed creo 2.0 (I come from wf 3.0), and to practice a bit I wanted to read a bit of the guide, but....just click on the icon or crashes and crashes me the pc, or when I managed to overcome this inconvenience opened my browser and asked me a ptc account. but no longer exists the old guide with which I solved a lot of problems?

Was there anything to do during installation?
