occur during the day using creo4 some premature crashes and creo4 crashes.
Is there a way to collect logs to verify errors? I'd like to do it centrally if it was possible.

In addition to verifying that you have supported hardware, you may use the ptc diagnostic tools. I press that I just saw a demo and I haven't used it yet.

you will find it installed in the list of installed programs of creo. periodically send to ptc crash data on a dashboard to which you will access with the password of your account.

from there you can already understand many things.
find all the configuration procedure in the ptc portal.
