i can't select the lines

would you explain why after creating these black lines I have trouble selecting them to impose them equal?
When I go to select them, only the yellow axis appears.

in inventor mirrors everything you want, depends on which environment you are active, you are in sketch and mirrors the sketch (or part of it).
you are in modeling and you can mirror the selected jobs, you are together and ..., all like sw.
