Hello to all engineering study and I have a problem on pushover..or better I can not understand it 100%
I had to answer this question.. but I did not understand what is the difference between substep and interactions..so I can't give the solution... can you help me?(Watch the photo but they sent it to me like this) and I would ask you another question also that I miss. . on the distribution of perhaps group 1 and 2 from regulations. .
to answer this is not necessary to know tc? to compare with t to see if distribution can be cuts? and also by uniform distribution means only the first of group2 or even the first of group1? If it's just group 2 then the three is expecting two answers from group 2 and is wrong right?
