Hello I am trying to figure out how cam programming works with creo 2.0 .
what I have learned: I have learned to make the tool path starting from a model that I have chosen and I have done all the work that I have to do like : holes, pockets, bevels etc. by inserting parameters for every type of processing that I have to go to do... and I can get here without any problems. all the way I click the "play part" button (to see the simulation of the tool path). with the play part shows me how the tool moves during the path. And so far it's okay!
my need is to see, during the simulation of the tool path, the tool that moves during the course and the machine that moves simultaneously with it.
I explain better.... turning on youtube I saw that some people, using always create; they manage to make a simulation of the tool path on the model of the 3d machine without using an external program type viricut. the simulation happens that all the axes of rotation and translation of the machine that moves simultaneously with the tool.
I noticed that in the video they use a button; which I don't have, which is called "machine play". this button will find under the "play part" button
Can you explain this to me?
I send you the link I have seen in the annex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcu0p2ptum8https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dsb86msehmqThank you very much
