contrary to catia, there is not much material on the net (as opposed to catia that there are also whole courses available on the net). I recommend you.
there are pdfs in the network that teach the basics of nx. I would start with you to at least have a flourishing of the main commands (create a model, together) later I would deepen these (maybe learning a bit of top-down) and then pass to the modules connected to it.
another advice is why to use nx and not another cad? What are his strengths? this so that you can make the most of the main qualities of this cad (on this forum you will find something already). .

nx is a very special cad, before learning the commands, one should understand the philosophy. I do one example: it is the only cad that has a single extension for .prt files, in which you can, always for example, draft inside or outside the model. These peculiarities influence the way to operate.

I also thought I would approach us a bit by degrees, following tutorials, videos on youtube and material that you can find on the net.
I just don't want to put too much on it, I learned 3ds max almost totally alone with tutorials on the net and manual paper, but it was time when I had much more time to get lost on it.
I personally find myself a lot of apples studying on manuals or paper books compared to the material on the net.
However aimè, bei vademecum to download I did not find it and I think a series manual goes on 150€.
