as from title I sell license archicad 26 to 2500 € with contract of update in expiry on 31.10.2023

Currently the price of the software, vital license, is 5200 euros + 790 of 1 year of assistance and update.

How much do you ask? 2500 invoiced including VAT??? who must act to have graphisoft's permission to transfer the license?
