icon for window function in autocad 2017

but where is the window function in 2017?
Is there an icon or should I always call the function by typing the word in the bar?

because you have to be in model space and not in layout

if you want to create a window in the layout to view the entities present in the template the tab is layouts> layouts.

If you were writing at first which command you used was best. do not take anything for granted or obvious
