Bye to all,

I am preparing a report and I have great difficulties in creating the illustrations I need.
I am referring to the classic illustrations of the texts of physics and mechanics, with simple polygons, vectors, axes, angles and cutting diagrams and moment. . .
with a cad as solid edge or with the various photoshops and other graphic programs each illustration takes a lot of time (imagined to draw each individual carrier...) and the scanning of hand-made drawings seems little elegant nowadays.

What do you use? know if any specific software exists? on google is the world for flow charts and charts of all kinds but nothing resembling what I look for.

Thank you for your help!

hi I use autocad and I have to say that I am well also because I have a good manual on the program.
Then depends on what you have to do, if for example you have to do stress diagrams, a free program that is called ftool, which allows you to export to various formats.
I think there is no dedicated program to make illustrations, pre-assembled, even with word you can draw but comes out a bowl you should "lose" a little more time but the yield will be better.
Hi.
