import data from xls table on block with attributes

I am new to all, even if I have been following you for a long time and you have solved many problems and for this reason I thank you so much:
I have a problem, in practice I have a block with different attributes, I export the data in a xls table (and until here everything ok) I would need to change the exported xls table and that automatically change the block data.
I don't know if it's possible I couldn't find anything
Thanks again for all the problems you have solved in the past.

excuse ignorance but autocad vanilla I never heard of it what is autocad lt or an old version of autocad?

cmq if needed I can upgrade autocad to 2017 full.

what you call full autocad is actually called autocad vanilla, to differentiate it from verticalizations (autocad map 3d, autocad architecture, autocad civil 3d etc...).
However you do not even with 2017
