import family files

Good morning, everyone.
I'm trying to import a family file of parametric flooring: >component >posing a family component > storage > filename > openAfter the opening command, a window appears to me with the writing: "Impossible to load some or all selected family files. it is necessary to choose files of the component family. try loading a new file group again? (yes/no) What do you mean? I'm just trying to load a component.
Do I need to use a particular view or should I insert it into the family list in another way or should I type something else? It happens to me for the first time.

Usually that error is to indicate that the family you load is not the right category (as when you try to load a door giving it a family of windows). check that the family category is properly declared.

I always have the same problem but with the railings! ! !

The railings are system families, how can you jump out that message? ?
